About

A realistic approach to health

Most people don’t struggle with knowing what is healthy.
They struggle with applying it consistently in their daily life.

That is where my work is focused.

I don’t focus on motivation or quick fixes.
I focus on changing the conditions that shape your behaviour, so you can build sustainable health habits

How this started

My interest in health became personal when I noticed how easily I fell into patterns that didn’t support me... Frequent snacking, irregular eating, and feeling disconnected from my body were part of that.

Not because I didn’t know better, but because my habits and daily structure made it difficult to do things differently.

That changed how I look at health.

Background and experience

My work is built on both education and practical experience:

  • Bachelor in Occupational Therapy (Belgium)

  • Bachelor in Health Sciences (Belgium)

  • Trainings in body-therapy and female health (Belgium & UK)

  • Years of experience as a health network coordinator,  psychiatric therapist, body-therapist, women circle facilitator and online educator (Belgium & international)

This combination allows me to look at health from both a behavioural and practical perspective.
