About
A realistic approach to health
Most people don’t struggle with knowing what is healthy.
They struggle with applying it consistently in their daily life.

That is where my work is focused.

I don’t focus on motivation or quick fixes.
I focus on changing the conditions that shape your behaviour, so you can build sustainable health habits
How this started
My interest in health became personal when I noticed how easily I fell into patterns that didn’t support me... Frequent snacking, irregular eating, and feeling disconnected from my body were part of that.

Not because I didn’t know better, but because my habits and daily structure made it difficult to do things differently.

That changed how I look at health.
