• 3 months → every 2 weeks
• 6 months → every 3 weeks
• 12 months → every 3–4 weeks
This allows enough time to apply what we discuss between sessions.
You apply what we work on in your daily life.
There is also ongoing support:
• weekly check-ins via message
• short feedback when needed
Nutrition can be part of the process, but the focus is broader.
We look at habits, routines, structure and behaviour, because that is what determines long-term results.
