discovery call?

A discovery call is a short conversation where we explore your current health situation and what you would like to improve.

During the call we look at:

  • Your current lifestyle and habits

  • The challenges you are experiencing

  • The health goals you want to achieve

  • Whether my coaching approach is a good fit for you

If it feels aligned, I will explain how coaching works and what the next step could be.

Even if you decide not to continue with coaching, the call will give you more clarity about your health and lifestyle.

You will leave the conversation with:

  • An overview of how coaching could support you

I’m Lydia, a certified health coach with a background in occupational therapy and body-based work.

For more than ten years I have supported people in improving their wellbeing through lifestyle change, habit building and practical health strategies.

My coaching focuses on helping people create sustainable habits that support long-term health and energy.
